Job details:
Duties and responsibilities;
Procurement; Domestics and Overseas.
- Manage the purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely purchase order creation, issuance, and tracking.
- Resolve supplier related issue, including disputes, quality concerns, delivery delays, and payment discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including finance, operations, sales, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the procurement process.
Logistics,
- Oversee and coordinate all shipping, receiving, and distribution operations.
- Work closely with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement process for improving efficiency, customer service, and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, and adjust ordering and storage accordingly.
- Track order fulfillment, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Administrative,
- Collect all document to send to third party and head quarters
- Coordinate with outsource accounting company.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Employee recruitment, including interviews and hiring.
Requirements;
- In-depth knowledge of procurement , supply chain processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and distribution processes and procedures
- Familiarity with sourcing and procurement tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and necessary software.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and budget management.
- Excellent organizational , problem solving abilities, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of prior experience in procurement ,or logistics or related field.
- English communication skill is a must.
- Having residence in Guangzhou.
