Our Faridabad factory atelier is where every piece comes to life — and we’re looking for someone who can be a part of both the creative process and the client experience.
Role OverviewThis is a full time role combining design assistance, client handling, and day-to-day atelier operations.
You’ll work closely with the founder and team, ensuring that both our designs and our client experience reflect the Kylee standard.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Product
- Assist in design development, sampling, and coordination with karigars
- Manage fabrics, trims, and embroidery follow-ups
- Maintain design records and sample tracking
Client Experience (Atelier Visits)
- Host and assist clients visiting the atelier
- Guide them through collections, fittings, and customization options
- Ensure a seamless experience
Operations
- Oversee daily atelier workflow and coordination
- Manage order tracking, timelines, and internal communication
- Support inventory and basic merchandising at the atelier
Who We’re Looking For- Background in fashion design
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
