Our Faridabad factory atelier is where every piece comes to life — and we’re looking for someone who can be a part of both the creative process and the client experience.

Role Overview

This is a full time role combining design assistance, client handling, and day-to-day atelier operations.

You’ll work closely with the founder and team, ensuring that both our designs and our client experience reflect the Kylee standard.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Product

• Assist in design development, sampling, and coordination with karigars
• Manage fabrics, trims, and embroidery follow-ups
• Maintain design records and sample tracking

Client Experience (Atelier Visits)

• Host and assist clients visiting the atelier
• Guide them through collections, fittings, and customization options
• Ensure a seamless experience

Operations

• Oversee daily atelier workflow and coordination
• Manage order tracking, timelines, and internal communication
• Support inventory and basic merchandising at the atelier

Who We’re Looking For

• Background in fashion design
• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
