Job Position: Assistant Designer
Location: Nagpur (Ram Nagar)
Work Type: On-site | Full-time
Compensation: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Industry: Premium Menswear / Garment Production
Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Designer/Intern to support the creative team in developing menswear collections. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and gain practical exposure to the end-to-end design and production process within a premium fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in research and development of new designs, trends, and concepts.
• Support in creating sketches, mood boards, and design presentations.
• Coordinate with production teams for sampling and execution.
• Assist during fittings and help document alterations and changes.
• Work on fabric selection, trims, and sourcing support.
• Support photoshoots, catalog creation, and brand presentations.
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of design files.
Requirements:
• Degree in Fashion Design.
• Knowledge of design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Coral Draw) is a must.
• Basic understanding of garments, fabrics, silhouettes and construction.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
