Assistant Farm Manager at Prthu Farm Infratech LLP 🌿
We are hiring an Assistant Farm Manager to support operations at our 30-acre organic-certified pilot farm in Onteddugudem Village, Nalgonda District (~80 km from Hyderabad).
This is an entry-level, high-learning role for individuals who want to build a serious, long-term career in agriculture, with hands-on exposure to real farm operations and decision-making.

Prthu Farm Infratech LLP focuses on sustainable and organic farming systems, building scalable, regenerative agriculture models. Our pilot farm serves as a live ground for execution, experimentation, and innovation, including syntropic and permaculture practices.

Role & Responsibilities:
You will work closely with the Farm Manager and founders to execute and monitor daily farm activities:
- Manage irrigation for the farm (semi-automated system)
- Conduct regular field inspections to monitor crop health
- Support in planning and execution of farm activities
- Coordinate with labour teams during daily operations
- Assist in spraying schedules and crop maintenance
- Help maintain inventory of inputs, fertilizers, and tools
- Support implementation of new trials and agricultural projects

Who We’re Looking For:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience
- Strong interest in agriculture and on-ground work
- Willing to live and work full-time on the farm
- Fluent in Telugu (preferred for team coordination)
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Comfortable working in a rural, hands-on environment
