- Maintenance and Asset Management: Overseeing, inspecting, and repairing complex machinery, HVAC systems, electrical panels, and building structures to ensure optimal operation.
- Space and Workplace Planning: Designing and managing the layout of physical spaces to support employee productivity, process efficiency, and proper equipment placement.
- Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensuring the facility adheres to strict regulations, including fire safety, security systems, and environmental health standards.

- Vendor and Contract Management: Hiring and managing external contractors for services such as cleaning, landscaping, security, and repairs.

- Business Continuity and Emergency Response: Creating plans to manage and mitigate risks from disasters, equipment failures, or security breaches.
