About The Role:
- Housekeeping & Hygiene: Supervise daily cleaning activities and maintain high standards of cleanliness across office premises.
- Pantry & Catering Services: Ensure smooth pantry operations and coordinate with food service vendors for quality and timely delivery.
- Pest Control & Landscaping: Schedule and monitor pest control treatments and upkeep of gardens or green areas.
- Vendor Management: Manage service providers, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SLAs and budgets.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain records, ensure statutory compliance, and prepare MIS reports on soft services performance.
