Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant English Teacher based in Indore. The Assistant English Teacher will help deliver engaging and effective English lessons, assist in lesson planning, and contribute to the educational development of students. Responsibilities include supporting classroom management, providing individualized support to students, preparing teaching materials, and performing various instructional tasks in alignment with the curriculum.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and Teaching methodologies
- Strong skills in making learning materials like flash cards,
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to support classroom management and foster a positive learning environment
- Bachelor's degree in Education or English, or related field; relevant certifications preferred
- Previous experience in a teaching or educational assistant role is advantageous
- Adept at adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
