Should Have Below Skills & Capabilities,
- Design & Analysis – Steel & RCC structures for infrastructure projects
- Design & Analysis for Ports and Merine related structural elements like Breakwaters / revetments, Berths / Approaches, Sheet pile / Diaphragm wall etc. will be added advantage
- Construction methodology & enabling works for Marine structure projects
- Design & Drawing review
- Good knowledge in codes & standards – IS, BS, IRC & IRS codes for Steel & RCC structures
- Design / Analysis software STAAD Pro & ETABS
- Digital skills including automation, BIM etc.
- Optimize team performance to maximize quality & productivity of design deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams & other teams across site, tendering team, procurement etc. to ensure seamless coordination of design delivery
