What this job involves:
- Monitoring C-cure9000 application servers and application healthiness
Monitoring C-cure9000 application database backup
Confirming Import watcher service is up and running. If any issues, will take necessary action on the same
Monitoring all 6 regional servers online reader count
Monitoring Pan India facilities connected access control panels are up and communicating with all 6 regional servers. If any issues observed, communicating the same to respective facility BMS teams
Monitoring Pan India C-cure connected facilities access group nomenclature as per the Global Standards
Monitoring access control panel firmware version is as per the standards
- Monitoring SAFE application healthiness.
Confirming SAFE tool application services are up and running. If any issues, will inform CIO and QS team to take necessary action on the same
Confirming SAFE tool messages are processing to PACs without any issues.
Raising issue tickets to QS supporting team.
In case of slowness in SAFE audit response / messages are not processing properly, as instructed by QS team, TYCO team, JCI team we will restart MIS Interface, Import watcher and XmlRpc services.
- Additional Responsibilities assigned to Suhas
Performing reconciliation of SAFE System admin User group PAN India.
Performing reconciliation of Authorized admin group (addition/revocation of admin role for workplace lead, workplace manager, duty manager, duty engineer, Assistance chief engineer, Assistance transport manager, assistance workplace manager, Transport manager etc)
Performing reconciliation of Level-3 Area owners and Bay mappings with workplace team.
Performing reconciliation of C-cure9000 application User accounts PAN India.
Sharing Invalid transaction logs for Pan India facilities Server room with IT leads.
Assisting workplace team if any issues pertaining to C-cure9000 and SAFE application.
Assisting workplace team to create new facilities access groups in C-Cure system.
Creating employers/vendors, Location, Tower, Floor and Bay mapping in SAFE tool.
Providing Training to ISOC operators and PAN India workplace teams.
Providing Demo / Training to secured bay projects access area approvers about SAFE tool.
Assisting the workplace team with the installation of the Visitor Kiosk system and printer configuration.
Supporting in access control system migration.
Coordinating and direct Interaction with the vendors if any implementation/issues.
Scheduling calls and troubleshooting access control issues with the help of network and vendor team.
Sharing access logs to GAP leads as and when there is a requirement.
Highlighting to GAP and workplace teams, if any discrepancies found in SAFE tool procedure
Sharing transaction logs and audit artifacts with GAP leads, Workplace managers and projects for an audit purpose.
Confirming TPV Staff badge templates colour code is updated as per the requirement.
Sending/Tracking “I AM GAP” Certificates to the nominees for designated locations.
Highlighting issues in weekly touch point call with all the stakeholders.
Sharing ACS Outage Tracker with WPA team.
Confirming transaction reports are shared (Admitted and Rejected) with Project team as per the contractual requirement. (Daily, weekly and Monthly reports).
Sharing a unique Head report for Pan India employees with the leadership team.
Sound like you? To apply you need to have:
Multi technical line with 04+ years’ experience having in Electrical & Mechanical equipment’s maintenance, plumbing works, and Maintaining HVAC Unit, Document maintenance.
Strong knowledge of facility operations
Playing a key role, the ideal candidate holds a technical qualification and at least three to five years’ experience in facilities management. You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations.
Solid background in team management
