Job details:
To support the effective maintenance, Safety, reliability, and continuous operation of all
mechanical systems and equipment in the Lime Plant (Blowers, Boosters, ID/FD fans,
conveyors, Hydraulics, Gearboxes, RAV, Pumps etc.), ensuring minimal downtime and optimal
equipment performance. Ensure Safe work environment culture.
- Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Utilities for job execution.
- Escalate critical issues to Reporting Manager.
- Ensure smooth information transfer to the next shift during handover.
- Participate in shift meetings and feedback sessions
- Key Challenges

i. Educational
Qualifications &
Certification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
ii. Total Years of
Experience Diploma: 3 – 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in a Lime, Cement, Steel, or Heavy Process Plant
iii. Functional Skills SAP, ISO Standards, preventive maintenance, and RCA tools
iv. Behavioral Skills Collaboration and cross functional coordination, customer Focus, Creativity and Innovation, Learning Agility, Communication and Achievement Drive
