Warehouse & Store Executive – Job Description
Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
Ensure accurate inventory management through ERP/SAP and maintain stock accuracy.
Perform Goods Receipt (GRN), material issue, stock transfers, and documentation.
Conduct daily, monthly, and annual physical stock verification and reconcile inventory differences.
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices to ensure proper material rotation.
Maintain warehouse organization using 5S, Kaizen, and safety standards.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
Prepare inventory reports, MIS reports, and stock analysis for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and warehouse safety procedures.
Supervise loading, unloading, and proper handling of materials to prevent damage.
