The RoleThis is not a comfortable desk job. We need an ambitious leader who can command respect in the boardroom, design data-driven strategies in the office, and seamlessly transition to running on the field to conduct market surveys and lead from the front.
You will have total autonomy to build, mentor, and drive a high-octane sales team while personally locking down high-value negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:- Field Leadership: Personally lead aggressive on-the-ground market surveys and consumer research to capture premium territories.
- Elite Negotiations: Pitch to and secure high-value corporate accounts, institutional clients, and key retail partnerships.
- Team Command: Recruit, train, and manage a results-driven sales team. Establish sharp KPIs and hold the line on performance.
- Hybrid Operations: Balance office-based revenue planning and strategy with active, on-field execution alongside your team.
- Target Ownership: Take absolute ownership of the brand’s top-line growth, ensuring our sales numbers match our premium market identity.

- A Natural Captain: A leader who leads by example. Your team follows you because you never ask them to do something you wouldn't do yourself.
- Experience: 2+ years of aggressive sales experience in premium FMCG, wellness, luxury consumer goods, or high-growth startups. Proven experience in B2B or institutional sales is a major advantage.
