About the Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies while maintaining exceptional customer relationships and exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute wedding sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead and mentor the sales team
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Requirements
• 5–7 years of sales experience (hospitality/events preferred)
• 2–3 years in a leadership role
• Strong negotiation, client management, and CRM skills
