Assistant Director – Admissions

To strengthen admissions growth and national outreach, the organization is looking for a highly dynamic, result-oriented, and professionally networked individual for the role of Assistant Director – Admissions.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Admissions Growth & Revenue Generation
Drive admissions targets for NEMI & NISFS programs across multiple domains and centres.
Develop and execute aggressive admissions growth strategies.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual admissions targets.
Build sustainable student acquisition pipelines across India.
2. Channel Partner Network Development (Mandatory Requirement)
Develop, manage, and expand a strong network of:
Admission consultants
Educational associates
Channel partners
Franchise leads
Institutional mobilizers
Business referral partners
The candidate must already possess an active and functional channel partner network in the education/skilling/higher education sector.
Generate admissions through:
Channel partners
Counselling networks
Institutional collaborations
B2B outreach models
Monitor channel partner productivity, conversions, accountability, and reporting systems.
3. Strategic Alliances & Institutional Tie-Ups
Build partnerships with:
Colleges
Universities
Coaching institutes
Training centres
Schools
Industry bodies
Support expansion of NEMI/NISFS through collaborative outreach models.
4. Team Coordination & Admissions Operations
Coordinate with counselling teams, operations teams, marketing teams, and centre heads.
Monitor lead conversion efficiency and counselling quality.
Ensure timely follow-ups, reporting, and admissions closure mechanisms.
Maintain structured admissions MIS and reporting systems.
5. Market Expansion & Centre Support
Identify high-potential cities and regions for expansion.
Support admissions mobilization for existing and upcoming centres.
Assist management in evaluating economic viability and admissions potential for new centres.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation mandatory; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Minimum 4–8 years of experience in:
Admissions
Educational sales
Business development
University partnerships
Channel sales/network building
Mandatory Requirements
Strong existing channel partner network in the education/skilling sector.
Proven admissions/revenue generation track record.
Ability to independently drive business and admissions targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India if required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from EdTech, universities, skilling organizations, franchise networks, or higher education sectors shall be preferred.
Candidates having institutional connects and counselling networks across multiple states will have an added advantage.

Important Note
The role demands high ownership, discipline, reporting accountability, and result-oriented execution. The selected candidate shall work closely with the management and leadership team in driving national-level admissions growth and institutional expansion.
