Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director of Admissions based in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing and managing student enrollment processes, developing strategies for recruitment, and working closely with prospective students and their families. Key responsibilities include providing guidance on admissions policies, supporting students through the admissions process, coordinating outreach events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet enrollment goals and maintain excellent customer relationships for our undergraduate and post graduate programs
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Enrollment Management and developing effective admission strategies
- Strong Communication skills, including public speaking and interpersonal engagement
- Experience in Student Admissions and outreach activities
- Customer Service and relationship management skills to engage effectively with students, families, and institutions
- Knowledge of Student Financial Aid policies and ability to guide applicants through related processes
- Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a relevant field (Master's preferred)
- Experience in the education or edtech sector is a plus
