Role Description
The Assistant Director - Membership will oversee membership acquisition initiatives, retention strategies, and overall member satisfaction in alignment with AICRA’s objectives.
Membership Development:
- Drive the growth of AICRA’s membership base across technology companies, startups, corporates, and institutions.
- Identify and onboard new members from robotics, AI, automation, drones, and emerging tech sectors.
- Develop attractive membership programs, benefits, and engagement initiatives.
Industry Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, industry leaders, technology companies, and startups.
- Engage members through roundtables, networking sessions, and industry forums.
- Act as a key interface between AICRA and the technology industry ecosystem.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Collaborate with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and ecosystem partners.
- Identify opportunities for joint initiatives, collaborations, and knowledge platforms.
Member Services & Retention:
- Ensure high member satisfaction and engagement through regular communication and support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver value-driven programs and initiatives for members.
- Develop strategies to retain and upgrade memberships.
Events & Industry Platforms:
- Promote member participation in AICRA conferences, exhibitions, awards, and networking platforms.
- Support in building industry committees, councils, and advisory groups
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Policy, or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in membership development, corporate relations, or industry engagement.
- Experience working with industry associations such as ASSOCHAM, FICCI, CII, or similar organizations.
- Strong industry network and corporate relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
