Designation: Assistant Director/ Deputy Director
Lovely Professional University is hiring experienced Assistant Director / Deputy Director to lead corporate engagement and drive large-scale student placement and internship outcomes across academic schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate relations and onboard national & global recruiters
- Drive campus placements, internships, and flagship hiring initiatives
- Partner with Deans, Heads, and faculty to improve employability outcomes
- Oversee placement data, MIS, and reporting for NAAC/NIRF frameworks
- Mentor placement teams and manage recruiter relationships end-to-end
Ideal Profile:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations in a reputed University.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in Universities, Institutes, or large education ecosystems preferred
