Job Purpose
To Support strategy team in streamlining the processes and fuel growth
Key Responsibilities
- Industry & Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive industry and market studies, go-to-market assessments, operational due-diligence, company profiling and competitive research to pinpoint white-space and growth opportunities.
- Insight Synthesis: Craft insight-first storylines, develop polished PowerPoint decks, and translate complex findings into clear strategic recommendations.
- Engagement: Facilitate training, lead initiative, and translate subjective stakeholder inputs into actionable strategy
- So-What” Analysis: Integrate quantitative outputs with narrative context to ensure every recommendation addresses key client questions
Key Performance Indicators:
- Delivery of high-quality research and reports to management and Board for informed decision making.
- Ability to synthesize data collected with logical reasoning and present the findings with confidence.
- Develop relationships with various stakeholders.
- Contributing, leading, and independently delivering assignments
Key Competencies
- Experience of about 10-12 years in executing strategy assignment and delivering high-impact, data-driven insights
- Experience on managing internal & external stakeholders, delivering projects/assignments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Qualification as MBA / CFA/ CA
