Qualia Pictures is seeking experienced Assistant Directors for an upcoming Malayalam feature film.
We are looking for candidates with prior feature film experience who can work efficiently within fast-paced production environments and contribute to smooth on-ground execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience working on feature films
• Strong digital workflow, scheduling, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with production coordination and set operations
• Ability to adapt under pressure and work collaboratively with departments
• Passion for cinema and storytelling
This is an on-site, paid role for an upcoming Malayalam feature film production.
