Job Title: Assistant Director – YouTube Channel
An upcoming YouTube channel based in Lucknow is looking for a creative and driven Assistant Director with 1–4 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of shoots
- Coordinate video production and on-ground shoot activities
- Create and supervise reels, short-form videos, and shot breakdowns
- Support creative direction, scripting, and content flow
- Work closely with editors and production team for timely delivery
- Requirements
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in video production/content creation
- Hands-on experience in making videos, shots, and reels is mandatory
- Strong understanding of camera angles, visual storytelling, and shoot execution
- Experience in YouTube videos, shorts, and documentaries will be an added advantage
- Creative mindset with good coordination and execution skills
- Compensation
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
