Role Overview
Lead the HR function by aligning people strategy with business goals, enabling organizational growth, and ensuring efficient HR operations across manufacturing and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Partner with leadership on HR strategy, org design, and workforce planning
· Drive end-to-end hiring for manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate roles
· Ensure HR operations excellence (onboarding, payroll, exits) and statutory compliance
· Build strong employee engagement, culture, and performance management systems
· Lead learning & development, leadership pipeline, and succession planning
· Manage compensation, rewards, and performance frameworks (KRAs/KPIs)
· Track HR metrics (hiring, attrition, productivity) and drive data-backed decisions
· Lead and develop the HR team; collaborate cross-functionally
Requirements
· Postgraduate in HR
· Experience in B2B/manufacturing environments
· Strong knowledge of labour laws and multi-location HR operations
· Min. 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
