Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant/Deputy Manager Sales based in Kochi. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving set sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service. The Assistant/Deputy Manager will regularly monitor market trends, address client queries, and share accurate reports to drive strategic sales growth in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Planning, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Pipeline Management
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales opportunities and improvement areas
- Knowledge of financial services and products; prior experience in the financial sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
