Designation: Manager – Talent Acquisition

About the Role
The Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions and levels. The role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic hiring capabilities, process orientation, and the ability to drive hiring closures in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in Talent Acquisition for manufacturing or production plant environments with exposure to global/international business operations. The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders to understand manpower requirements, build effective hiring strategies, ensure quality talent acquisition, and enhance overall recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to onboarding.
- Handle hiring for corporate, technical, operations, manufacturing, plant, and leadership roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, networking, and recruitment agencies.
- Ensure timely closures within defined TAT and hiring quality benchmarks.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower planning and hiring priorities.
- Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and candidate feedback to stakeholders.
- Drive hiring discussions, interview coordination, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
3. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche and leadership hiring.
- Maintain active candidate databases and talent pools for future requirements.
4. Recruitment Operations & Governance
- Ensure smooth interview scheduling, candidate tracking, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and approval workflows.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Represent the organization professionally during candidate interactions and hiring events.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing methodologies, and hiring strategies.
- Strong exposure to manufacturing, production plant, engineering, supply chain, and operations hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Good negotiation and candidate handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, recruitment portals, ATS, and HRMS platforms.
- Strong follow-up, ownership, and execution orientation.
Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Mandatory experience in hiring for Production Plants / Manufacturing Plants within global or international business environments.
- Strong exposure to hiring for plant operations, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, production, and corporate support functions.
- Experience managing recruitment for multi-location manufacturing setups and plant-based workforce hiring.
- Prior exposure to global stakeholder management and international business operations will be highly preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization is an added advantage.
Education
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
