🚨 We’re Hiring – AM / DM / Manager - Production
🔹 Qualifications: Gujarat State FDA Approved Technical Person in Production Certification is mandatory
• M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Chemistry
• B.Pharm / B.Tech Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry
💰 Salary: As per industry norms
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review and endorse Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) & Batch Packing Records (BPR)
✔ Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
✔ Verify raw materials, in-process materials & finished goods as per specifications
✔ Coordinate with QC for testing and product approvals
✔ Monitor critical process parameters and validated processes
✔ Execute validation protocols and reports (IQ, OQ, PQ)
✔ Handle process validation, cleaning validation & equipment qualification
✔ Maintain Validation Master Plan (VMP) and revalidation schedules
✔ Develop and review SOPs related to validation activities
✔ Investigate deviations, perform root cause analysis & implement CAPA
✔ Ensure documentation compliance and data integrity
✔ Support internal, customer & regulatory audits
✔ Ensure safety, hygiene & environmental compliance
🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of GMP & regulatory requirements
• Good documentation & analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Effective communication & teamwork skills
