Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Assistant Customer Service Manager, based in West Bengal, India. The role involves overseeing customer service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing customer support teams. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying insights to improve service delivery. The Assistant Customer Service Manager will collaborate with teams to maintain excellent communication with clients and contribute to service enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
- Solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead and support a team in delivering high-quality customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in or diploma in EE, EEIE preferred, related field (preferred)
- Experience in customer-facing roles and a proven track record in service management in HVAC, E commerce, Quick-Commerce mandatory
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
