💰 Salary Package: ₹3.0 Lacs – ₹5.4 Lacs per annum
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our Finance & Operations team and drive effective credit control and customer relationship management.
🔹 Candidate Profile:
✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Logistics Industry
✔ Post Graduation mandatory
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Sound knowledge of Accounting and Credit Control
✔ Excellent email drafting and client coordination abilities
✔ Strong follow-up, negotiation and problem-solving skills
✔ Proactive, detail-oriented and result-driven approach
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring customer outstanding balances and ageing reports
• Collection follow-ups and payment reconciliation
• Coordination with customers, sales teams and branch offices
• Resolution of billing and account-related discrepancies
• Preparation of MIS reports and collection analysis
• Maintaining healthy customer relationships while ensuring timely recoveries
• Supporting management in credit risk assessment and control
