Working Days: Monday to Friday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off | Remaining Saturdays Half Day)

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic professional for the role of Assistant Creative Director / Creative Strategist who can lead creative thinking, develop impactful campaign ideas, and guide the design team in delivering visually strong and brand-focused work. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design, branding, storytelling, and marketing strategy, with the ability to turn business goals into compelling creative concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in leading the creative team across branding, digital, social media, and marketing projects
- Develop strong creative concepts, campaign ideas, and communication strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Translate client briefs into innovative visual and strategic directions
- Guide designers, copywriters, and content teams to ensure high-quality creative output
- Brainstorm and present creative ideas for social media campaigns, brand launches, marketing collaterals, and digital ads
- Review designs, content, and campaign creatives to ensure consistency in quality, messaging, and brand tone
- Collaborate with the client servicing and marketing teams to understand business goals and create effective communication strategies
- Support in building brand positioning, storytelling, and campaign narratives
- Ensure all creative output is aligned with current trends, audience behavior, and market relevance
- Mentor junior designers and help improve overall team creativity and execution standards
- Participate in internal creative discussions, campaign planning, and pitch presentations
- Maintain quality control across all creative deliverables before final submission
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, branding, advertising, or design
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing communication, and campaign planning
- Ability to think strategically and convert ideas into strong visual directions
- Strong knowledge of design principles, storytelling, and consumer psychology
- Hands-on understanding of social media trends, digital campaigns, and content strategy
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to lead brainstorming sessions and inspire creative teams
- Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for aesthetics
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
