About the Role
As an Assistant Creative Director – Generative AI, you’ll be at the intersection of cinema, creativity, and cutting-edge AI tools, bringing scripts to life through visually compelling, AI-generated video content. If you think in frames, understand storytelling, and love experimenting with AI-this is your playground.
What you’ll do
- Break down scripts into shot-by-shot visual narratives
- Translate characters, moods, and worlds into AI-generated visuals
- Create high-quality images/videos using prompt engineering
- Work closely with senior creatives to refine cinematic output
- Experiment with new tools & techniques in generative AI
- Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to elevate storytelling
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years experience in creative direction / filmmaking / video editing / design
- Strong understanding of cinematography & visual storytelling
- Hands-on with tools like Midjourney, Leonardo AI, DALL·E, Runway, Clipdrop
- A curious mind with a strong interest in Generative AI
- Good command over English (written & verbal)
- Someone who can own projects end-to-end and thrives in a fast-paced setup
