We are seeking an Assistant Country Lead – Website Marketing, who will support the Country Lead in executing end-to-end digital marketing and revenue growth for an assigned international market (UK/EU). You will work across key performance channels including Paid Media (Google, Meta), Email Marketing, and SEO, while taking ownership of execution, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is strong operationally, understands business fundamentals, and is ready to step into a future Country Lead position.

Key Responsibilities
Market Execution & Support
- Support the Country Lead in executing the marketing strategy and achieving revenue targets for the assigned country.
- Assist in daily monitoring of performance metrics (revenue, ROAS, CAC, CVR) and ensure timely optimizations.
- Execute localized campaigns aligned with market trends, seasonality, and business priorities.
- Take ownership of execution across channels with clear alignment to business goals and profitability.
Performance Marketing & SEO
- Manage day-to-day execution of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Work closely with the SEO team to implement on-page and off-page improvements.
- Assist in landing page optimization by coordinating with UI/UX and product teams.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with DRR targets and profitability thresholds.
Email, Retention & omnichannel Execution
- Execute email marketing campaigns including promotions, lifecycle automations, and retention flows.
- Work with CRM teams to improve engagement, repeat rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Develop a strong understanding of omnichannel behavior (Paid, Organic, CRM, Direct) and ensure channel alignment for maximum impact.
Business & Commercial Understanding
- Develop strong understanding of unit economics including contribution margins, CAC vs LTV, and profitability levers.
- Support DRR management by making data-backed decisions on scaling, pausing, or optimizing campaigns.
- Work closely with operations and supply teams to understand stock availability, stock risks, and their impact on marketing decisions.
- Assist in stock planning by aligning marketing pushes with inventory levels and forecasting demand.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the central execution owner across marketing, product, creative, and operations teams.
- Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns, stock availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Drive clarity in communication and ensure no delays due to dependency gaps.
Team Coordination & Execution Ownership
- Coordinate across PPC, SEO, and Email teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Support junior team members by reviewing work, ensuring accountability, and maintaining execution standards.
- Step in to solve execution bottlenecks without escalation dependency.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering revenue, spend, ROAS, CPA, and channel performance.
- Use tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and internal dashboards to track performance and identify improvement areas.
- Proactively highlight insights, risks (performance or stock), and opportunities to the Country Lead.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an eCommerce or D2C environment.
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email/CRM Marketing.
- Strong understanding of unit economics, DRR, and performance-driven decision making.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and supply chain.
- Good understanding of omnichannel marketing and conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
- High ownership mindset with strong execution capability.
- Effective communication and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
- Experience working on international markets (UK/EU).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- Understanding of stock planning, forecasting, and demand-supply alignment.
- Exposure to tools like Mix panel, Helium 10, or other analytics platforms.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or HubSpot are a plus.
