Job Title: Network Delivery Engineer / Network Migration Engineer
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Experience Required: 5+ Years

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Network Delivery Engineer with strong expertise in network infrastructure, firewall technologies, and migration projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing network delivery and migration activities while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage network-related major changes and critical migrations.
- Support short- and long-term strategic network improvement initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned network delivery projects.
- Handle firewall application migration methodology and execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders for project delivery.
- Ensure all activities comply with bank standards, processes, and controls.
- Prepare documentation, perform knowledge transfer, and handover to operations teams.
- Collaborate with regional/global network, security, and technology support teams.
- Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve network risks and compliance issues.
- Maintain high standards of regulatory and business conduct in line with company policies.
Technical Skills Required
- Firewall Technologies: Fortigate, Cisco ASA
- Networking: Cisco Routers & Switches
- Strong understanding of routing, switching, and firewall technologies
- Experience in application flow migration through firewalled environments
- Knowledge of network infrastructure migration projects
- Excellent troubleshooting and coordination skills
Preferred Certifications
- CCNA / CCNP
- Firewall or Network Security Certifications
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Networking, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering or network delivery projects
- Experience in banking or enterprise environments preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
