Job Description:
Preparation of IGAAP FMGIL and FMTPR (Subsidiary) financials:
- Annual Group Reporting of FMGIL for December 31st (including plant wise financials, & entity level financials)
- Preparation of annual financials with detailed notes to accounts for FMG & FMTPR for March 31st
- Annual Statutory audit of March 31st (including plant wise financials & entity level financials) for FMG & FMTPR
- Preparation of Quarterly Consolidated financial statements under Indian GAAP for FMGIL & FMTPR as required by SEBI
- Other audit support on schedule-follow-up
o BS & PL Variances for Gurgaon office
o Accounts Reconciliations
o MSME interest calculation for FMGIL
o Coordination with other FM legal entities for completion of audit and handling audit issues raised by the auditors
o Annual report preparation related activities for FMG and FMTPR
o XBRL Activities
MIS:
- Monthly P/L & Balance Sheet load of FMGIL results
Tax Support:
- Assist tax team in providing financial information for completion of assessment proceedings of FMG and FMTPR
- Provide complete financial information for Calculation of advance income tax FMG/FMTPR
- Consolidation of form 3CD and Form 3CEB for all FMG/FMTPR
- Furnishing data for tax true up and transfer pricing
Miscellaneous:
- - Providing financial data for other requirements for legal-RBI surveys, SEBI, MCA etc.
