Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alibag for an Assistant Construction Manager. The Assistant Construction Manager will be responsible for supporting project planning, supervising construction activities, managing budgets, ensuring adherence to construction safety standards, and collaborating with the project team to ensure timely delivery of projects. The role involves daily oversight of site operations and troubleshooting project challenges to meet quality and schedule requirements.


Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory and team management skills to effectively oversee construction teams and contractors.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of finances and materials during the construction process.
  • Deep understanding of construction safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment on-site.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, methodologies, and materials relevant to industrial and infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with project control, including scheduling, cost tracking, and monitoring project progress against milestones.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in high rise building, industrial, warehousing, or Data Center projects will be considered a strong asset.
