VA Kulkarni & Associates — a labour and employment law firm with over four decades of experience — is looking for an Assistant – Compliance Management to join our team in Pune.
If you're beginning your journey in labour law and want hands-on exposure to PF, ESIC, and MLWF compliance work, this could be an excellent opportunity to learn and grow.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
→ Handling EPFO, ESIC, and MLWF registrations for new establishments and branches
→ Generating UAN and ESIC IP numbers and linking Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details with PF accounts
→ Preparing monthly ECRs, statutory returns, and compliance calendars for clients
→ Assisting employees with PF withdrawals, ESI medical claims, and maternity benefit claims
→ Maintaining statutory registers and supporting clients during PF/ESI inspections
→ Keeping clients updated on recent notifications, circulars, and amendments under labour laws
🔹 Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Graduate or Diploma in Labour Law
✔ 0–1 year of experience
✔ Based in Pune and comfortable working from our Sadashiv Peth office
📍 Location: Sadashiv Peth, Pune
⏰ Part-time (5 hours/day)
💰 CTC: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month
