Desired Candidate Profile:
- Competed internship with exposure to Company Law matters
- Experience in Annual Filings
- Experience in Incorporation of Company / LLP
- Drafting Board Resolutions and Minutes of Meetings
Candidate will have exposure to:
- Company Law – Research, Advisory and Compliance
- Foreign Exchange Management Act – FDI, ECB, Structuring, Advisory, FEMA Compliances, Liaison Office setup
- Limited Liability Partnership Act – Research, Advisory and Compliance
- Awareness of professional matters related to CA and CS, with daily education sessions
- Learning from senior Company Secretaries with daily interactions
Candidate will work with:
- Senior Company Secretaries
- CS Interns, CA Articles
- CA partner
Salary:
Rs. 30-35,000++ per month for Semi-Qualified
Rs. 45-50,000++ for CS
The selection of the candidate will be done on the basis of his/her past experience during training and in the interview scheduled.
