Role Description
As an Assistant Claims Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the claims process by handling claims submissions, investigating cases, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution. You will liaise with clients, insurers, and internal teams to manage claims efficiently and provide superior customer service. The role requires precise documentation and analysis to uphold compliance and deliver problem-solving expertise throughout the claims lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thrissur.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Claims Handling and Claims Management to effectively process claims and ensure accurate resolutions
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess claims data and make sound decisions
- Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Claims processes
- Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to manage client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Insurance, or Risk Management
- Previous experience in the insurance or claims management industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for claims processing and documentation
