JOB SUMMARY
This role requires the employee to network and liaise with clients and franchisees, monitoring and reviewing the job of subordinates to ensure efficiency and productivity, and looking for new areas of business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic and Tactical
- Networking and liaising in order to expand reach of business in new areas
- Liaising with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and efficiency
- Growing business to assist in competing with new Freedom Express rates
- Responsible for branding to attract franchises and tracking new initiatives for sales support
- Creating, managing and implementing franchise roadmap for growth and for achieving sales targets
- Liaising and following up with franchises on customer issues and to assist in CRM support
- Responsible for intimation of team and channel partners on project execution timelines
- Handling international business initiatives
Operational
- Working with franchise and new customers for sales growth
- Working on franchise incentives and achievability of goals on a regular basis
- Tracking defaulters and following up to ensure efficiency and high levels of performance
- Responsible for monitoring and collecting payments on the basis of target dates
- Tracking and reviewing projects to ensure timely implementation
- Responsible for monitoring and reviewing performance of team (targets, bookings, collection of delivery load, operations team support, aligning vacant areas of deliveries)
- Tracking service performance of subordinates, responsible for real time updation of records
- Training team and franchise owners in adoption of digitization and online operations
- Ensuring collection targets are met with complete efficiency
- Providing support to franchises on MIS and related areas
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATION
- Graduation (any discipline) with 5-6 years of experience in Channel Management and Development, Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation industry in the area of franchisee management
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
- Ability to manage client relationships & expectations
- Knowledge of market dynamics in courier, transportation and logistics industry
- Interpersonal Sensitivity
- Proven negotiation skills
- Ability to inspire confidence and create trust
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
