Employment Type: Full-Time (Mon – Fri)


Responsibilities:

1. On-boarding & Assortment: Identify and onboard emerging D2C brands and marketplace labels to expand category assortment.

2. Account Management: Build strong brand and seller relationships; support pricing, margin, and onboarding activities.

3. Category Growth: Track trends, enhance assortment, and ensure competitive product selection. 4. Sales & Performance: Monitor KPIs, optimize discoverability, and support data-driven sales growth initiatives.

5. Marketing & Promotions: Coordinate category campaigns, ads, and seasonal promotions for visibility and engagement.

6. Operations & Logistics: Support inventory planning, fulfillment, and timely issue resolution with sellers and internal teams.


Requirement:

1. 2-5 years of experience in category management, merchandising, or e-commerce fashion/apparel experience preferred.

2. Hands-on with pricing, forecasting, and sales analysis.

3. Strong Excel, analytical, and negotiation skills.

4. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
