Job Description – Category & Brand Management
Role Objective
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to support brand management,
sourcing, and category growth for our e-commerce platform. The role will focus on
onboarding and managing brands, driving sales growth, optimizing product portfolios, and
executing sales campaigns and marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end brand onboarding, product portfolio management, and assortment
planning.
• Conduct sales data analysis and brand reviews to generate actionable insights for category
growth.
• Organize and manage sales events, including securing discounts and brand contributions
for promotional campaigns.
• Drive social media campaigns and influencer marketing initiatives for category promotion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience through
improved size charts, return/exchange policies, and competition mapping.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives and support long-term brand
relationships.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and competitive positioning within the
marketplace.
