Campaign Strategy & Planning (Google Ads Focus)
- Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies primarily across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Conduct detailed keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify scalable opportunities.
- Define campaign objectives aligned with business goals such as lead generation, e-commerce sales, and brand visibility.
- Plan and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA.
- Build full-funnel strategies leveraging Search, Display, and Video campaigns to drive user acquisition and conversions.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Set up, manage, and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
- Perform continuous keyword optimization, including match type refinement, negative keyword expansion, and bid adjustments.
- Write and test high-converting ad copies (RSAs, ESAs) aligned with user intent.
- Implement A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as Quality Score, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, impression share, and conversion rate.
- Leverage audience targeting (in-market, affinity, custom segments) and remarketing lists (RLSA, Display remarketing).
Tracking & Analytics
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Ads tags, and GA4.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads dashboards, and attribution models.
- Generate detailed reports with insights on keyword performance, audience behavior, and conversion funnels.
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, bid strategies (tCPA, tROAS), and automation tools.
Collaboration
- Work closely with content and design teams to develop Google Ads–optimized creatives and landing pages.
- Collaborate with SEO and website teams to improve landing page relevance and Quality Score.
- Align with sales and marketing teams to ensure high-quality lead generation and accurate conversion tracking.
- Provide actionable insights to improve conversion funnels and user journey across Google channels.
