We’re looking for an Assistant Buyer – Saree Department.
And no, this isn’t a “sit in office and place orders” role.
At Diva, sarees are serious business.
They drive volume. They define taste. They decide whether a customer walks out happy… or empty-handed.
So this role needs someone who understands that.
What you’ll actually do:
• Work closely on buying sarees that sell (not just look good)
• Travel across India to find vendors, new designs, and better deals
• Take early morning flights, work late nights, and still stay sharp on decisions
• Track what’s moving across stores and double down on it
• Stay close to vendors and keep the pipeline fresh
• Spot slow stock early and fix it before it becomes dead stock
This role demands:
• Constant travel — Surat, Jaipur, Kolkata, Kanchipuram, wherever the product is
• Hustle — comfort is not part of the job
• Energy — long days, quick decisions, zero excuses
Who fits this role:

• You don’t wait for reports, you read the floor
