A bit about Thrsty
A great cocktail has always meant one thing:
Going to a great bar.
Because if you wanted one at home, you had two choices-
1) Buy multiple ingredients, the right equipment, and still fall short, or 2) settle for a premixer which is convenient but artificial, overly sweet, and forgettable.
We didn’t accept that.
So we built Thrsty.
Every drink is made in a real bar.
By mixologists.

Thrsty brings the bar to you- across 35 cloud bars in Delhi NCR and Mumbai, we make fresh, bar-crafted cocktail mixers on order and bring that same experience directly to you- wherever and whenever.

We’re looking for someone who can help us build and scale the brand across digital platforms, partnerships and customer touchpoints.
Role: Assistant Brand Manager- Marketing
Location: Delhi NCR
What You'll do
- Shape and evolve Thrsty’s brand voice, identity, and positioning
- Own social media and content strategy (Instagram and beyond)
- Work closely with creators and influencers on collaborations
- Plan and execute campaigns, launches, and brand moments
- Support new product and flavour launches
- Work with agencies on performance marketing and growth
- Track customer feedback and behavior to improve the experience
Who this is for
- 0–3 years of experience in brand/marketing (freshers welcome)
- Strong instinct for what works in culture, not just marketing theory
- Deep understanding of social media, content, and digital trends
- High on creativity + execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, slightly chaotic environment
- Interest in consumer brands, alcobev, lifestyle, or D2C
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
Nice to have
- Exposure to FMCG, beverage, or retail brands
- Background in Marketing, Business, or related fields
