Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing professional to drive end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance across projects. The role will focus on strategic marketing, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and cross-functional coordination to enhance business outcomes and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Budget Management: Plan, track, and optimize marketing budgets to ensure effective utilization
- Campaign & GTM Execution: Lead launch readiness, campaign rollout, and sustenance planning across projects
- Creative & Brand Management: Coordinate delivery of creatives across digital, print, OOH, events, and activations while ensuring brand consistency
- Strategic Marketing: Contribute to customer acquisition strategies, direct sourcing, and campaign effectiveness
- Product & Pricing Alignment: Support product planning discussions with a strong understanding of inventory, pricing strategy, and market benchmarking
- NRI Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns targeting international/NRI audiences
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage creative, media, and production agencies for timely and high-quality deliverables
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing activities and activations
- Collaborate closely with sales, CRM, presales, design, and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution
Customer Experience & Execution
- Enhance customer experience across project sites, sales lounges, and touchpoints
- Work with presales teams to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor execution and on-ground activations
Performance & Insights
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance and ROI
- Drive market intelligence, including competitor tracking and trend analysis
- Prepare management presentations, reports, and strategic review decks
Innovation & Positioning
- Support brand positioning and differentiated campaign ideation
- Leverage AI tools and digital platforms for smarter and efficient marketing outputs
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on campaign performance and ROI
- Creative thinking with brand and communication sensibility
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing (real estate preferred)
- Experience in project launches, GTM strategy, and campaign management
