2. ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Brand Manager – Marketing, based in New Delhi.
The role focuses on executing and scaling marketing efforts across digital and on-ground channels.
You will work closely with the
founding team to:
- Drive brand growth
- Improve visibility
- Strengthen market presence
Key responsibilities:
- Execute and scale marketing campaigns
- Support performance marketing (Meta/Google)
- Track and improve CAC, conversions, and engagement
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams
- Improve retail visibility and in-store presence
3. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing / brand / growth
- Strong execution ability
- Understanding of digital marketing and basic analytics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good coordination and communication skills
- FMCG / D2C experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- ₹4–6 LPA (based on capability)
- New Delhi (Hybrid)
