Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The Assistant Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and work towards achieving organizational goals. Responsibilities will include team development, operational efficiency, inventory management, assisting with customer inquiries, and supporting the Branch Manager in decision-making and strategy implementation.
Qualifications
- Team leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with staff and clients
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges effectively
- Customer service experience and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Prior experience in a management or supervisory role is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
