Job Title: Branch Manager – EdTech
Location: Thrissur - East fort
Experience: 4+ Years (EdTech preferred)
Salary: Up to 40000 (Based on experience & performance)
Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage our EdTech Sales & operations at our Thrissur branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall branch performance, team management, student admissions, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Drive student admissions, revenue targets, and business growth
- Lead, motivate, and manage academic, sales, and support teams
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with head office for reporting and compliance
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience, preferably in EdTech or education sector
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Language proficiency in English & Malayalam
- Ability to join immediately (preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales, operations, and people management
