Role Description The Assistant Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based looking for locations Viz - Guwahati, Silchar , Shillong, Agartala, Aizwal, Udaipir , Dharmanagar , Siliguri , Darjeeling who all will be responsible for supporting overall Branch Sales , FLS Hiring , Exclusive Distribution Enhencement, Persistency growth and Business growth. This position involves overseeing daily sales activities, guiding and mentoring the branch team, and ensuring achievement of branch targets through effective lead generation and customer relationship management. The role includes coordinating with internal departments, monitoring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and preparing regular performance and activity reports. The Assistant Branch Manager will also engage with customers to understand their insurance needs, recommend appropriate products across protection, savings, retirement, and health segments, and maintain high standards of service and ethical conduct.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales in his current organisation which should be visible through Sales MIS.
- Strong skills in team supervision, customer and company relationship and coaching of distributors.
- Good understanding of life insurance products and basic financial planning concepts, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree js must.
