Role Description

The Assistant Branch Manager position is a full-time and remote role, pivotal in supporting and overseeing daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the branch. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies, assisting in financial reporting, and contributing to the branch's growth targets. The role also involves developing and implementing operational strategies, managing client relationships, providing oversight on business processes, and ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Services, Legal Consultation, and Tax Consultancy
  • Ability to manage and support operations, compliance, and business development activities
  • Strong interpersonal, team leadership, and customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in overseeing technology and software applications, particularly in financial and operational systems
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a results-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with the legal, compliance, and registration processes for businesses
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in financial or legal domains is an advantage
