Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager at Focus Diagnostics, located in Khairatabad. The Assistant Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff performance, and ensure the seamless execution of services for clients and partners. Responsibilities include team coordination, inventory and resource management, implementing SOP-compliant processes, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards. Additionally, the role involves supporting corporate and individual client requirements while achieving operational efficiency and key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in operations management, resource planning, and inventory control
- Client relationship management and customer service expertise
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with healthcare diagnostics, lab operations, or related fields is advantageous
- Proficiency in digital reporting tools and an understanding of standardized SOPs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role is preferred
