Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam for an Assistant Branch Manager. The Assistant Branch Manager will support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing team performance, and driving the achievement of branch targets. Responsibilities include supervising staff, implementing strategic initiatives, assisting in financial planning, maintaining compliance with banking regulations, and addressing customer concerns to ensure satisfaction. The role also entails monitoring workflow efficiency and collaborating with multiple teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership skills, team supervision, and experience in staff performance management
- Financial planning, strategic thinking, and target-driven operations management
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to address diverse customer needs effectively
- Knowledge of banking, investments, and financial regulations
- Proficiency in using banking software and related technologies
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry is an advantage
