Role Description The Assistant Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in achieving business targets and ensuring smooth branch operations. The role involves overseeing daily sales activities, guiding the branch team on home loan products, and monitoring lead generation and conversion. The Assistant Branch Manager will maintain high standards of customer service, handle escalations, and ensure timely processing of loan applications and documentation in line with company policies. The position also includes managing compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, reviewing branch performance metrics, and contributing to local marketing and outreach initiatives. This role requires close coordination with credit, operations, and collections teams to drive portfolio quality and branch growth.

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, with experience in retail loans or housing finance preferred.
- Candidates should possess customer relationship management and service-oriented skills, including the ability to handle queries and resolve escalations effectively.
- Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and monitor branch staff.

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in banking or NBFC/housing finance is an advantage.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics in Rajkot and surrounding areas, along with basic proficiency in MS Office and branch-level reporting, will be beneficial.
